The construction of Part B of Kondo is the final phase of the Lindower Strasse project. The new structure is designed to house and fuse together multiple functions open to the city, such as a cinema-theater, a conference hall, cafes, a food laboratory, a supermarket, and apartments.
The building is going to be completed on spring 2023.
